Hi everyone!  Hope you are all doing well. As for today’s topic, we are going to continue with DDD-E model but this week with developing phase. At this stage we gather all the elements of multimedia, including images, texts, animations, sounds, audio and so on. So during this phase we deal with the design and use of multimedia. The teacher is supposed to guide the students and to facilitate their learning process by making suggestions when necessary. The students, this way would be more encouraged to keep learning. During this phase we can make use of different media elements, because they are beneficial to students. They motivate them and make them feel effective to the teaching process. Designing a project is, perhaps is the most difficult phase of all, because we have to think in detail how our presentation is going to be, what should we take in consideration before we design it. So during this phase we present our key features, for example the structure, target audience, use of materials, presentation programs etc. The design phase generates a variety of different outputs, such as flowcharts, PPT, photos, clusters etc. Combining all these elements together can result in a very interesting presentation. In the design phase one or more designs are developed, with which the project objectives will be achieved. But one important thing is that once the design has been chosen, it can't be changed later on. Hi everyone!  This week i have another interesting topic for you. Constructivism and DDD-E model.   DDD-E model - each letter stands for a specific definition. Decide - Design - Develop - Evaluate  The Decide stage focuses on the determination of program objectives and materials through analysis of PBL development needs. Design stage shows the design structure of the program. And the Development stage includes production and media programming. While in the Evaluate stage see the whole process that occurs in the development of multimedia proved by the validator.  Educators should assess students’ works after each step of the Design phase to make sure they are meeting the requirements of the lesson. For example, before students are allowed to progress to the flowchart and storyboard stage, teachers should review students’ content outlines to confirm they are meeting the lesson’s objectives.
