“What’s your daily routine?”

Hello everyone ๐Ÿ˜Š
First of all i hope you and your families are doing well during these difficult times. For all of us everything has changed. Nothing is the way it used to be. Streets are empty, schools are closed, people are no longer allowed to go out, and it seems like everything needs a break, even the earth. But it is not the moment to lose hope. It is the right moment to take the good side of this bad experience. Its the time to take care of ourselves and of the people that surround us. We are all in this together.๐Ÿ™‚

And today’s topic for the blog is “To live a healthy lifestyle”. I chose this topic considering the situation in which we are.  Self-isolation leads to the fact that we have to LIVE healthy and most importantly EAT healthy. I know that it is not easy to keep a daily routine but at least let’s give it a try. ๐Ÿ‘
We all, probably, have heard about living a healthy lifestyle, but maybe never tried to keep it. Some obvious steps include eating  greens and fruits, and cutting out sugar and alcohol. Sleeping, meditating, exercising and keeping stress levels low are other key ingredients in the recipe of wellness. Since we all are self-isolated it’s more simple to follow these steps. For example, since we cannot go outside and exercise or go to the gym, we can exercise at home. There are many videos on youtube or other apps that help us with this. You just need some willpower and everything will be simpler.

EAT healthy!! Now we have all the time we need to learn how to cook or improve our cooking skills. The art of cooking itself, can benefit our minds as well. While cooking, you are present in the task and forget about problems or stresses of the day. AND, most importantly, it is way more healthy to eat at home a controlled and well-cooked food, than eating outside, fastfood for example, as we used to do just a few weeks before.

Read, read and just...read!
Reading helps your mind bloom and keeps the stress away. Find your favorite book, get away from distractions, enjoy your reading and be part of a different world. A colorful world. Also, we learn new words every time we read. Writing and communication skills are important in every sphere of life. And we, as future teachers, have to keep this in mind.

With this post i wanted to tell that our daily routine can be very fun and interesting if we want to. These tough days can’t stop us from being what we want to be and doing what we want to do. JUST HAVE FAITH!

As always, feel free to comment and speak your mind.
Stay positive!๐Ÿคž
